Katergo Villa is fortunate to be located onto the bicycle path that connects Stoupa to Agios Nikolaos. It is a very beautiful route, literally on the sea that is worth crossing by bike or walking, gazing at the wave and the wonderful sunset, while offering you peace and tranquility.
Katergo Villa consists of 3 independent stone houses with unique architectural style, located just 800 meters from the famous beach of Stoupa (Kalogria) . These houses have been designed in order for guests to enjoy the wonderful sunset and the unique sea view.
First house consists of 3 floors where each floor is connected internally via a ladder with an area of 90sqm. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double king size bed, a bathroom and a 50΄΄TV. On the first floor we have a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen with built-in minibar, a second bathroom, 40΄΄ TV. On the second floor (Loft) we have a second bedroom with twin beds and a 40΄΄ TV
Second house is consisted of two levels, on the ground where a spacious seating with an area 130sqm. In the living room the sofa becomes comfortable and a double bed, fully equipped kitchen for all needs, there is still a bathroom, TV 40 ”. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms with a double king size bed and two singles, with 50 ” TVs, balcony in each room, and a second larger bathroom.
Last house with area 130sqm consists of 2 levels, on the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room the sofa becomes comfortable and a double bed, a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with 50΄΄ TVs, with a double king size bed and two singles, a second bathroom with shower, terrace also in each bedroom.
