Cape Kitries Villa is a complex of 3 fully equipped apartments spread in three levels. It is comprising of two maisonnettes and a one-level apartment which are surrounded by flourishing gardens.
All have access to the swimming pool deck and the private beach. The Villa enjoys wonderful sunsets of the Messinian Bay where the view to the great natural cape of Kitries and big blue of the Messinian gulf is simply breathtaking!
Cape Kitries Villa has 4 Master Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens in each floor and silent central air-conditioning units. All apartments are fully equipped with living and dining facilities.
Guests have access to the chlorine-free pool, the pool deck and the area around it which includes 6 lawn chairs and a large wooden dining table
A small staircase leads to the almost private beach, which is ideal for swimming in wonderful calm and friendly waters.
