Villa Xanthippe is a beautiful stand-alone, sea front villa located at the area of Ysterni, only a 10-minute drive from the infamous town of Naoussa. A wonderful sea view as well the view towards Naxos island blends in with its blossoming garden along with the island’s natural landscape. Exclusively located in a plot of land just a few meters away from the sea, this amazing villa promises a sense of tranquility as well as absolute privacy. Its swimming pool terrace outdoors and its lovely interiors welcome a group of up to 8 guests who wish to create moments and rewind through the relaxing experiences villa Xanthippe has to offer.
A contemporary yet rustic aesthetic with a warm color palette is observed throughout the villa’s interiors. Villa Xanthippe can accommodate up to 8 guests in four double bedrooms. An expansive swimming pool terrace with numerous outdoor sitting areas, surrounded from romantic gardens and low green plantation may be used day and night as relaxing and calming outdoor spots. The swimming pool measures 11.5×4.5 meters.
The main house
Walking inside the main indoor area, there is a cozy living room with light-colored furniture which harmonically share the same area with a fireplace and a wooden dining table. The kitchen area in rustic style is equipped with all the absolutely necessary facilities. It is directly connected to an outdoor BBQ with a small cooking space including a dining table well protected from the sun and wind, making it not only easy but also pleasant for guests to gather all together to enjoy breakfast and supper. This level is completed with a small bathroom, a laundry and storage spaces.
The first floor of the main house features a double bedroom with a breathtaking sea view, a large pergola-covered balcony, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. Elegant decoration offering a light sense of relaxation spreads throughout this private guestroom.
The pool view guest rooms
Two spacious double bedrooms with similar layouts are located at the pool terrace, having both pool and sea views. Both bedrooms are decorated in cream and white tones and feature custom-build wooden bed frames. Also, both rooms enjoy direct access to the pool, independent entrance and offer en-suite bathrooms.
The garden view guest room
This cute and calm guest room enjoys the garden’s view and features a cement bed frame and a wooden desk, decorated in calm tones. Its kitchenette and its en-suite bathroom provide independence. The swimming pool is just steps away.
Outdoors
These majestic verandas, either pool side or garden side, invite guests to spend most of their holiday time there. Sunbeds for sun-lovers and shaded built-in sofas fulfill all guests’ preferences. Walk barefoot towards the swimming pool and reserve your sunbed for countless moments of quality.
