Villa Valea is a premium, secluded property of 130m2, situated on a slope with amazing sea views, located in the west part of Naxos island in the well-known area of Agios Prokopios. This villa is close to some of the most famous beaches of Naxos island and offers its guests modern amenities and comfortable spaces, perfect to accommodate larger groups of friends or families.
Villa Valea can host up to 7 people as it consists of 3 spacious bedrooms and in the living room there is a comfortable sofa which can become a bed, perfect to accommodate an extra person.
Furthermore, there is an airy living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen, featuring all necessities such as a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, and a filter & Nespresso coffee machine.
On the outside, a garden area of 550m2 awaits! You will find a large swimming pool with an outdoor shower and sun loungers ideal for days of relaxation on end!
There is also a barbeque area at your disposal, and a shaded- dining area, allowing you to be the perfect host for dinner parties and small gatherings!
