Villa Montana is an oasis waiting to be discovered, situated next to the famous beach of Agios Prokopios in Naxos.
This villa is the perfect example of traditional architecture, combining aspects of the elements of the sea and nature. It features many modern amenities that will make you enjoy your stay in Naxos from the very first moment you step into the private paradise of villa Montana.
The villa is 170m2, located on a private property, offering panoramic, picturesque views of the island. In the main villa, you will find 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms at your disposal, whilst there is a separate guest house on the same premises which has an extra bedroom and bathroom and can host an extra two guests. There are two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen/ dining area, and, in the garden, you will find a barbeque, perfect for hosting gatherings with friends and family.
Outdoors, there is a large 50m2 pool, with an outdoor shower and sun loungers, ideal for basking in the sun and enjoying the amazing views of the Aegean Sea.
The highlight of villa Montana, besides the luxurious swimming pool area, is that it features a lavish garden of 2.000 m2 with vineyards, lemon trees, a variety of flowers and a vegetable garden with tomatoes, aubergines and cucumber plants, which flourish throughout the months of summer!
