The owner’s main inspiration for this newly built villa was the combination of the 4 nature elements, abundant everywhere in the premises, as well as simplicity and minimalism.
Earth elements such as the stone-BBQ, the wooded shelter, the outdoor dining area & the verandas provide amenities for an enjoyable stay.
The stunning panoramic sea view, spreads in the depth of horizon and provides unique images whether from inside or outside the villas and throughout daytime & nighttime.
For the construction, the simplicity & comfort of the natural wood and the polished concrete was combined with the robustness of the stone walls. The colors of stone, the wooden constructions, the Mediterranean plants, such as olive trees, lavenders and the rosemary, all blend in harmony with nature and the Cycladic landscape.
The orientation of the villa has been designed so as to offer protection from the strong summer winds coming from north [aka meltemia].
The light is discreetly diffused in all areas and room of the villa, throughout the day, whereas the wooden pergolas provide shade when needed.
The villas support both privacy & sociability, providing open spaces (kitchens- dining rooms- everyday spaces) as well as small, independent verandas for the bedrooms.
This villa consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and one more with 2 single beds.
The super market, the town, shops & cafes are less than 5 minutes away by car.
